Unit 4 My home Let’s learn and let’s do

教学目标  

知识目标:(1)能听、说、认读study,living room,bedroom,bathroom,kitchen五个单词;  
(2)能听懂Let's do部分的指示语,并按照指令做出相应的动作。  

能力目标:能用简单的句子描述自己的家,如:“This is my home,you can see….”  

情感目标:初步培养学生对家的热爱。  

教学重难点  
教学重点:听说认读单词study,living room,bedroom,bathroom,kitchen,能用简单的句子描述自己的家,如:“This is my home. …”   
教学难点是正确掌握单词bedroom,kitchen,bathroom的发音。  

教具准备: CAI课件  

教学过程  

Step 1  Warm-up  

1.Free talk:T:hello,class.I am Brenda.What’s your name?
S:My name is …
T:Nice to meet you.Boy ,How are you?
S:I am fine, thanks, and you?
T:I am fine too.(连续问4个学生,大约3分钟)
T:we are friends now,class.Let’s chant  
2. Sing:《Friends》 
T: Now, let’s sing the song 《Friends》, OK?  
Ss: OK. (2分钟) 

Step 2  Presentation  
 

1. T: class, we will talk about home. I have a house, do u want to visit it?
 Ss: Yes. 
T: Let’s go and have a look 
T: Look, this is my home(板书)(出示一座房子CAI).Is it nice?
S: Yes
T: let’s go and have a look
T: welcome to this room, what’s can u see in this room?(出示bedroom)
S: I can see a bed,a desk….
T: a bed in a room, It’s a bedroom.(出示单词bedroom,标出英标 dr带读2遍)
S:跟读
T:please read it one group by one group. What can you do in the bedroom?
S:I can have a sleep.i can have a rest(wonderful)
T: Have a sleep in the bedroom.(做动作)。
2.T:look at this room, what can you see in the room?出示livingroom)
S:I can see a desk, sofa, picture, TV.
T: this is a livingroom.(带读livingroom) (出示单词livingroom带读2遍)
T: what can u do in the livingroom?
s: I can watch in the livingroom.
T:(Ask 3students to read)Please read it.
S: read livingroom.
T;what can u do in the living room?
S:I can have a rest, I can watch tv
T:watch tv in the livingroom(做动作)
3.T: class, is this a bedroom?
S:no
T:Is this a livingroom?
S:no
T:what’s this?what can u see in this room?
S:A desk, a chair, many books.
T: this is my study(出示单词study)带读2遍
S:跟读
T:look at him,what is he doing??
S:read a book
T:yes,he is reading a book in the study.(做动作)
4.T:look at this room, guess, what’s this room?
S:I don’t know.(It’s a bathroom)
T: it’s a bathroom(出示单词bathroom,注意 th的发音,标出来,带读3遍
T: what can u do in the bathroom?
S: take a shower
5. look at this room? What is zoom doing?
S:he is eating something.
T: have some snacks,he is in the kitchen.(带读2遍)
T: have a snack in the kitchen. (做动作)。
T: this is my home, you can see a bedroom, a bathroom, a livingroom, a kitchen and a study.
6.Guessing game
Show five pictures with one furniture,guess what room is it?
T:we know 5 rooms now,let’s guess what room is it?(出示第一幅图)
S:a living room
T(用同样的方式出示其他4副图)
7. Let’s do
T:Now we can do something in our homes.(先听一遍)
T:stand up,let’s do together

二.consolidation

1.T:do you like my house?
S:Yes,I like your house.
T:Do u have a house?
S:Yes
T:can u show it to me?
S:yes
T:please talk about your home to your friends,begin.(小组讨论)然后请3位同学到前面来
T:who can come here to talk about your home?
S:I can
请3位同学上来介绍自己的家
T:ask 3 students to show their pics(把他们名字写在黑板上)
S:this is my house.
T:class,do u like their homes?if you like,draw a happy face
姓名 Bedroom Livingroom study bathroom kitchen    

T:ask the students using I like …

三extension

T:class. my friend lucy has a house.look at the house(出示55good to know,介绍一遍my friend lucy has a beautiful house, let’s have a look(播放视频:lucy: hello, everyone, t his is my house. look, this is my bedroom, this is my livingroom, this is my bathroom, this is my kitchen, but I don’t have a study. welcome to my home.并且同时介绍新词
 (attic, porch, steps,s tairs, garage,basement)The house is so nice.Lucy’s home is nice, your home is nice,but I think east or west,home is best.(出示这句话,并标出中文)I like my home. now please wirte down the homework.

四.homework
